We are very proud to have been shortlisted for an RIBA South West Award for our Temple Gardens project in Temple Cloud, Somerset!
The project has been shortlisted alongside twelve other projects in the region, from a total of 35 entries overall. Ours is one of only two schemes on the shortlist to be a multiple housing development. As a practice striving to make great quality housing an affordable reality for everyone, we are thrilled to be part of a shortlist amongst so many excellent practices and buildings.
Temple Gardens provides nine new homes arranged around an existing Grade II listed pub, alongside new overnight letting rooms. The pub sits on the edge of the village, and was previously surrounded by scrubland. Our development on this rural site seeks to integrate the pub back into village life and safeguard its long-term viability through regeneration.
