Thanks to all those who braved the cold weather to contribute to our Community Land Trust Christmas Workshop.
London Community Land Trust and Lewisham Citizens are working together to transform a garage site, at the corner of Brasted Close and Carlton Terrace into genuinely affordable housing. We were grateful to the local community for meeting with us again to discuss the emerging designs. We are now working hard to absorb your comments, and to submit a planning application to Lewisham Council at the beginning of 2018.
