Guerrilla Tactics London

In 2021, Archio and Rob Fiehn were appointed as Creative Directors for RIBA’s annual Guerrilla Tactics event, a conference centred around small and medium sized architectural practices. The conference this year will explore the theme of collaboration, discussing the benefits of sharing resources and using collaborative working as a means for effecting change.

At Archio we think there is a cultural shift within the profession, away from the 'lone genius' archetype and towards a collaborative ethos which leaves egos at the door and is interested in working for a greater good. We believe that by working together, architects can have more impact and create better opportunities.

The conference will explore the business and cultural benefits of collaboration in its many forms, hearing from a range of experts in subjects such as architectural collectives, collaborative design tools and participatory design.

Guerrilla Tactics 2021 will be delivered across three days, offering a CPD programme in the morning and a conference programme in the afternoon. The conference will take place from Tuesday 9 November to Thursday 11 November 2021.
