The headline is... "Camden small sites programme selects its first architects"

At Archio Ltd we are so excited to share the news that earlier this year we won the opportunity to design infill housing on two sites in Camden: the Castle Road Estate and Bernard Shaw Foster Court Estate.

These are amongst the first sites in Camden Council's first wave of its small sites housebuilding programme.

Camden Council initially launched the first stage of the programme with its Community 'Call for Ideas’, where they worked with the borough's community to allocate small sites for affordable housing.

Both sites aim to provide much-needed new social and affordable rent homes for local residents, and we've already met with residents and are looking forward to continue to work closely with residents and the surrounding communities to refine emerging proposals, ensuring new homes are accompanied by wider improvements to each estate.
