Archio’s project Brasted Close has been included in the Mayor of London’s Delivering Quality Homes Handbook as an exemplar for community engagement.
Authored by Claire Bennie, this handbook highlights the steps towards achieving new build quality and will become a foundation in the Mayor's future new homes funding programmes.
As Claire says “Many councils are now delivering high quality homes across the country, and I've summarised 'how it's done' in this new client handbook for the GLA. There are 50 succinct and engaging tools here which any council or HA can use to make sure their new homes are lasting, attractive and loved by locals.“
