We are delighted that our Temple Gardens project has been included in Mathew Jones' new book Transforming Towns: Designing for Smaller Communities published by the RIBA.
The book discusses alternatives to the anonymous, car-centric developments that blight so many towns and villages, making a compelling case for local distinctiveness, appropriate density, and how well-delivered development can build community and long-term viability for smaller settlements. It presents a genuinely refreshing alternative to the low density, generic sprawl that sucks the life out of places, and that we see so much of.
